Metal and crypto holdings can follow the market: whenever spot or coin prices change, their value is recalculated from the quantity held.
- Turn it on when adding (Value from the spot price / Value from the coin price), or on the item's page with Follow the market price.
- Typing a value by hand switches the item to manual, so a later refresh cannot overwrite your figure. The page says Now valued by hand only.
- Switch back any time with Follow the market price.
