Each item can have a Storage location. Use / for a place inside another: Safe / Top shelf, or "Bank / Deposit box 114".
- Filtering by a place includes everything inside it.
- Move many items — select them in Holdings and choose Move to…. Each item's previous location stays in its edit history.
- Rename or move a place — More actions → Tags & locations…. Moving a location moves everything at it, including places inside it.
Locations are left out of insurance reports unless you include them — a list of where valuables are kept is exactly what should not leak.
