Open any item from Holdings or the Overview. Its page shows:
- Photos — the cover photo and a strip of the rest. See Photos.
- Current value — with where it came from and how old it is, a chart of its value over time, and Value history. See How values work.
- Details — everything recorded about it, identifiers first.
- Holding history — when it was bought, added to, sold or split.
- Documents — receipts, appraisals, certificates. See Documents.
- Where it is — loans, repairs and consignments. See Loans, repairs and consignments.
- Care & service — services, repairs and warranties. See Care, service and warranties.
- Its tags, the sets it is in, and when it was last seen in an inventory check.
Buttons
- Update value — record what it is worth. See Recording a value.
- Edit — change its details. See Editing an item.
- Record change — bought more, sold, or fix the count. See Buying more, selling, and fixing counts.
- More — Add photos…, Edit tags…, Duplicate, Split off part…, Add to a set…, Print label…, Edit history… and Move to trash….
