Holdings lists everything in the catalog with its quantity, what you paid, its value and gain.

  • Category chips across the top narrow to metals, collectibles, valuables and so on, with a count of each.
  • The status menu shows Held, Sold, Lost & retired or Everything.
  • Sort by Recently changed, Name, Value, high to low, Gain, high to low or Date acquired.
  • List or Grid switches between a table and photo cards.

The summary line shows how many items match and their total, plus anything without a value or in a currency with no exchange rate.

Large catalogs show the first 200 and load more as you scroll; Show more does the same from the keyboard.

Click a row to open the item. With the keyboard, use the arrow keys to move between rows and Enter to open.
