Below the search box in Holdings:

  • Any tag — items with one tag.
  • Any location — items kept at a place, including places inside it ("Safe" includes "Safe / Top shelf").
  • Any condition → Needs attention — items missing something: No value yet, Value over a year old, Cost incomplete, No insured value, Insured below value, No photo, No documents, Due for review, Away from home.

The same rules drive the overview's Catalog health card, so a count there and the list it opens always agree.

Filters combine with search, category and status. Save a combination you use often as a view: Saved views.
