The Catalog health card on the Overview checks every held item:
- Every item has a value — unvalued items are counted as unknown, never as zero.
- Every value is less than a year old — prices move; an old figure is a guess.
- No incomplete costs — items bought more of without a price show no gain.
- Nothing insured below its value — a recorded insured value lower than the current value.
- Every item has a photo.
- Every item has a document on file — proof of ownership and value.
Each line with something to fix has Show, which opens Holdings filtered to exactly those items.
It also warns when most of the value is kept in one place, or when one item is a large share of the total — one event there would affect most of the catalog.
