- One item: More → Print label….
- Many: select them in Holdings and choose Print labels….
Tick Print the item's name under the code if you want it, then Print.
Each label's code identifies the item only to this vault — it holds no value, location or serial number. Scan it during an Inventory checks check, or type the short code printed under it.
