1. On the unlock screen choose Use the recovery key instead.
  2. Type the key from your recovery sheet and choose Unlock.
  3. Set a new passphrase in Settings → Security → Change passphrase.
  4. Make a fresh backup.

A backup opens with the passphrase or recovery key the vault had when it was made — try older passphrases if you have changed it since.
