- Choose Add asset (top right of Overview or Holdings).
- Pick what it is — Watch, Comic book, Precious metal, Vehicle… Type in Find a kind to search. Anything else takes any item.
- Fill in what you know. Starred fields are needed to name the item; everything else is optional and can be added later.
- Under Value & insurance, enter what it would sell for today if you know it. Leave it blank if you do not — it will be counted as unknown, not zero.
- Choose Add to catalog. To enter several similar things, choose Add and start another: the next form starts from this one's details.
