1. In Holdings, filter the list to what you want to value — a category, a tag, or Needs attention → No value yet.
  2. Choose More actions → Update many values….
  3. Type the value of each whole holding in New value. Blank rows are left alone. Enter or the down arrow moves to the next row.
  4. Set As of if the values are not for today.
  5. Choose Save values.

Rows with a problem are marked and stay for you to fix; the rest are saved. Market-tracked items you type a value for switch to manual.

For hundreds of items, a spreadsheet may be quicker: Editing in a spreadsheet (CSV round trip).
